Cybertake S2 Pro: The Ultimate Portable AC for Camping

    What Our Customers Say

I like bringing as much comfort as possible on camping trips, and this portable AC was one of the best additions we’ve made. It cools fast, doesn’t take up too much room, and makes summer camping so much more enjoyable

    Karl Anderson

I mostly use the Cybertake for road trips and weekend getaways, and portability is what impressed me the most. It’s noticeably smaller and easier to move than other portable AC units I looked at. That matters a lot when space in the vehicle is limited. Once set up properly, it delivers real cooling and makes stops, camp setups, and overnight stays much more comfortable. It feels like a well-designed product built for people who are constantly on the move.

    S.

My wife was skeptical at first, but after using the Cybertake S2 Pro during a very humid weekend, she was completely convinced. It delivered exactly what we hoped for and kept us much more comfortable.

    jimmy

What I like most about the Cybertake is how flexible it is. I’ve used it while camping, in the car during road trips, at home during hot afternoons, and even in the garage while working. It’s one of those rare products that actually fits into different parts of daily life instead of being limited to one use. The build quality is solid, the cooling is real, and it’s much quieter than I expected. Very happy with it overall.

    Steve.ausmg

Setup was quick and easy in our rooftop tent. The S2 Pro kept us comfortable all night, even during a really warm weekend. It’s a game changer for camping in hot weather

    nico.valentino

This thing really does what it promises. I was a little unsure at first because some reviews made me hesitant, but after using it myself, I can say the Cybertake portable A/C rocks. It cools well, heats well, and has been surprisingly reliable. I’ve even had it running for long stretches without issues. Customer support was also excellent when I had setup questions—they replied quickly and even sent a helpful video. That kind of support is rare these days and definitely worth mentioning.

    Nicole Achelius

This portable AC has made our tent camping trips so much better. Instead of tossing and turning all night in the heat, we actually sleep comfortably now. Super happy with this purchase.

    Emily

We travel with our dog a lot, so keeping the car cool during stops is a big concern for us. The Cybertake has been a huge help on road trips and camping weekends. It blows genuinely cold air and gives us peace of mind when temperatures are high. What I really like is that it’s portable enough to move from the vehicle to the campsite easily. If you travel with pets in warm weather, this unit makes a real difference.

    Sara Bond

I’ve been camping for years, and cold or hot nights in a rooftop tent used to be something we just tolerated. The Cybertake changed that completely. It was quick to set up, ran quietly through the night, and kept the tent comfortable enough for real sleep. Being able to control it without getting out of bed is a huge plus. It feels like serious climate control gear, not just another camping gadget.

    Nikolay Balushev

I bought the Cybertake portable A/C for summer tent camping, and it completely changed the experience. Instead of struggling through hot, sticky nights, we were finally able to sleep comfortably. It’s compact, easy to carry, and cools much better than I expected for something this portable. The airflow feels like a real air conditioner, not just a fan. If you love camping but hate the heat, this is one of the best upgrades you can bring.

    Paige Alexander

I use the Cybertake in my truck cap setup, and it’s been excellent. Condensation and trapped heat used to make sleeping inside miserable, but this unit kept the space dry, cool, and comfortable overnight. I placed it outside and routed the ducts into the truck cap, and it worked perfectly. It also drew less power than I expected from my battery system. For truck camping or overlanding, this thing is absolutely worth it.

    Claire Cooper

I originally bought the Cybertake S2 pro for outdoor trips, but I’ve ended up using it at home more than expected. It’s great for cooling a small room, my home office, or even a corner of the house without turning on central AC for the whole place. It’s surprisingly quiet, especially on Eco mode, and the cooling feels strong and consistent. It’s become one of those products that’s useful far beyond the original reason I bought it.

    Backpacktraving

We bought the S2Pro mainly for family camping trips because my wife and kids don’t handle hot nights very well. It turned out to be one of the most useful pieces of gear we’ve ever packed. The tent stayed far more comfortable, and everyone slept better, which made the whole trip more enjoyable. It’s lightweight, easy to move, and doesn’t feel like a hassle to set up. For family camping, it’s a game changer.

    Woelife81

Absolutely impressed with how portable the Cybertake S2 Pro is. We’ve been taking it on every RV trip this summer, and it makes such a huge difference when the afternoon heat gets unbearable

    Woelife81

The Cybertake S2 Pro exceeded my expectations. It’s compact, easy to carry, and surprisingly powerful for its size. If you camp, travel, or need spot cooling, I’d definitely recommend it.

    FAQs

What size area can the S2 Pro cool?

The Cybertake S2 Pro’s 5,100 BTU cooling capacity is suitable for small spaces of approximately 100–129 sq ft. Actual performance may vary depending on ceiling height, insulation, climate, and the number of windows and doors.

What is the operating power range of the CYBERTAKE S2 Pro?

The CYBERTAKE S2 Pro operates within a power range of 110–600 W, depending on the input power setup:

    • AC Wall Power
    • 12V DC system (with booster): 110–120 W
    • 24V DC system (with booster): 110–240 W
    • 48V DC input: 110–600 W

Actual power consumption may vary depending on the operating mode and ambient conditions.

What are the dimensions and weight of the CYBERTAKE S2 Pro?

The CYBERTAKE S2 Pro measures 18.62 × 10.24 × 13.92 inchesand weighs 25 lbs (11.6 kg), making it compact and portable for outdoor use.

Can the heater operate below 5°C? Will it cause any damage?

The heater is designed for use in ambient temperatures of 10°C (50°F) and above. Operating it below 5°C (41°F) may cause the evaporator to frost, which can trigger the unit’s protection mechanism and cause it to shut down automatically. To ensure optimal performance and avoid potential issues, we recommend using the heating function within the specified temperature range.

What refrigerant does the CYBERTAKE S2 Pro use?

The CYBERTAKE S2 Pro uses R290 refrigerant, an eco-friendly and efficient choice designed to provide effective cooling while minimising environmental impact.

How does the CYBERTAKE S2 Pro remove heat?

The CYBERTAKE S2 Pro uses a dual-hose ventilation system to move heat from inside the space to the outside.

    • One hose draws in outside air.
    • The air passes through the condenser, where it absorbs heat.
    • The heated air is then exhausted outside through the second hose.

This design helps maintain efficient cooling performance.

How does the S2 Pro handle drainage?

The S2 Pro features an upgraded drain-free design that automatically manages condensation under normal operating conditions, reducing the need for manual drainage.

In hot and humid environments, you can connect a drain hose to help remove excess water more quickly. This design can also help reduce power consumption by up to 40–50 W during operation.

How long can the CYBERTAKE S2 Pro run on 1 kWh of electricity?

In ECO+ mode, the unit consumes approximately 120 W, allowing 1 kWh of electricity to power it for up to 8 hours.

    • MAX cooling mode: about 2 hours per 1 kWh
    • MAX heating mode: about 1.5 hours per 1 kWh

Actual runtime may vary depending on ambient conditions and operating settings.

How to Switch Between Fahrenheit and Celsius Display?

Press and hold theTemperature Up button and the Fan Speed Up button at the same time for 3 secondsto switch between °F and °C.

Why does the S2 Pro adapter get hot? How can I improve heat dissipation?

It is normal for the adapter to become warm during operation, especially under heavy loads, extended use, or in hot environments, as some energy is naturally released as heat during power conversion.

To help it cool more effectively, place the adapter upright in a well-ventilated area or use a small fan to improve airflow around it.

Why do I need the S2 Pro Storage Bag?

Durable Protection: The storage bag is made from tough, weather-resistant material, ensuring your Cybertake Air Conditioner is safe from the elements.

    • Perfect Fit: Specifically designed for the Cybertake S2 Pro, the bag ensures a snug fit, minimising movement and preventing damage during transport.
    • Organised Storage: Keep everything in one place – the bag has compartments to hold not just the air conditioner, but also all your essential accessories.
    • Compact & Portable: Lightweight and easy to carry, making transportation and storage hassle-free.
    • Preserve Longevity: Helps keep your unit in top condition by protecting it from dirt, dust, and potential damage, extending the lifespan of your air conditioner.
    • Convenient Travel: Whether you're on a road trip, camping, or moving it between locations, the storage bag makes travel more efficient and safe for your equipment.

What DC input voltage range does the S2 Pro support?

The CYBERTAKE S2 Pro accepts a DC input range of 36–61 V.

    • Overvoltage protection: The unit will shut down automatically if the input voltage reaches or exceeds 61 V.
    • Undervoltage protection: If the input voltage drops to or below 36 V, the unit will reduce operating frequency and activate an alarm.

To avoid possible damage to internal components, do not operate the unit outside the specified voltage range.

Can I power the S2 Pro from my van’s 12V system or my own power setup?

Yes, with a 12V–48V booster or inverter.

How do I set up the Cybertake S2 Pro dual ducts in my van?

The S2 Pro uses front ducts for cool air intake and outlet, and rear ducts for hot air exhaust and circulation. For the best results:

    1. Separate your sleeping or cooling zone with a partition.

    2. Vent hot air out of a window or toward the front of the van.

    3. Many users make a simple PVC board with two duct holes, which also helps keep bugs out.

What’s included in the S2 Pro package?

    S2 Pro Air Conditioner ×1

    DC Wall Power Adapter ×1

    Drainage Pipe ×1

    Front/Rear Outlet Duct (Φ4.33") ×1

    Front/Rear Inlet Duct (Φ5.12") ×1

    Hood Accessory x 1

    Front Inlet & Outlet Adapter x 1

    Rear Inlet & Outlet Adapter x 1

    User Manual ×1

Is 40 dB really quiet enough for sleeping?

Yes. That’s about the sound level of a library. Many users say they barely notice it in Sleep Mode.

Do I need to drain water?

Yes. Like any real AC, s2 pro produces condensation. Always connect the drainage pipe.

How is heat removed through the cybertake s2 pro?

The s2 pro uses a dual-hose system to expel heat. One hose draws in outside air, which then flows through the condenser. The heat from the condenser is finally expelled outside through the second hose.

    Good ac

Works for quick cool down of small space

Our situation- Ford Transit Connect as a mobile office/comfy space, early in the build out process.

We need some kind of AC for when we stop. We researched a number of different possibilities and found ourselves coming back to the Cybertake S2Pro.

One of the biggest deciding factor was the multifunctional use, meaning if I need to cool off my office in the house b/c we lost power or if we need to cool down a tent vs when we are in the car. We really like having that adaptability.

We have only used it a few times since we purchased it, and definitely can say it has made a huge difference for us.

When we need to cool down very fast- the S2Pro blowing right at us on MAX- has made life more manageable.

Cybertake does offer a window cover for venting out the vehicle, but we will opt to make our own. We also like the fact that we can put it outside the window and have it blow into the car.

Value for money-- here is the thing, we know we NEED something like this to help manage our lives, yeah this is not a cheap item to buy, and is comparable to the rooftop unit we had been looking for but that is where the adaptability comes as another pro.

We plan to do more testing on the unit to give a completely accurate review-- but, yeah, at this point, I'm buying this again!

Keep in mind, we did have a small orange piece of plastic break but we contacted customer service & they will be sending out a replacement soon!

    Highly recommend

I used this for a window and made my own window baffle because I wanted a custom fit. The hoses worked fine with the included adapters. The unit is amazing and energy efficient. On Eco+ mode I'm pulling around 125 watts, which is fantastic for off-grid use. On full cooling mode with low fan it's still under 300 watts. Awesome price and quality. The Panasonic compressor and IPX4 water resistance give me confidence this will last. Highly recommend this product.

Lightweight, Powerful, and Perfect for Year-Round Off-Grid Comfort

I purchased the Cybertake S2 Pro without an add-on battery, so my experience is based entirely on direct AC power operation — and overall, I've been extremely impressed with the unit.
The first thing that stands out is how lightweight and portable it is compared to most portable air conditioners in this class. At just under 26 pounds, Cybertake clearly designed this system with mobility in mind, making it an excellent option for vans, small RVs, camping setups, or even moving between rooms at home.
One of the biggest advantages of the S2 Pro is its off-grid flexibility when paired with standard portable power stations. I already own a Bluetti AC200P and a Renogy setup, which is another major reason I didn't need a proprietary battery. Since I can pair the S2 Pro with my existing power stations in different setups, it gives me much more flexibility while also allowing solar recharging directly back into the power station. That makes this a very capable portable climate solution for off-grid use, travel, backup power scenarios, or outdoor adventures.
The fact that the S2 Pro supports both cooling and heating modes also makes it far more versatile than a typical portable AC. Having both functions in a single unit means it can be useful year-round instead of only during summer months. The 5100 BTU cooling and 6100 BTU heating are surprisingly effective for a unit this size.
Performance-wise, the S2 Pro works wonders in small, insulated spaces. In areas under roughly 130 sq. ft., the cooling performance is rapid and surprisingly effective. It can quickly bring down the temperature and maintain a comfortable environment without struggling.
The control panel is straightforward and responsive. Adjusting temperatures, switching between the four modes (Cool, Heat, Dehumidify, and Eco+), and setting the timer is incredibly convenient. I haven't purchased the optional remote yet, but the unit itself is easy enough to operate manually.
The drainage system and accessories are also thoughtfully designed. To get the best cooling efficiency, I highly recommend properly using the included adapters and exhaust pipes. Venting the hot exhaust air outdoors and circulating the cooled air back into the space makes a major difference in overall performance and efficiency.
If I had one minor criticism, it would simply be that the unit itself does not include a built-in battery and requires you to bring your own power source. However, I also understand why Cybertake made that design choice — integrating a battery directly into the main unit would significantly increase the weight and reduce portability, which is actually one of the S2 Pro's strongest advantages. Using my existing Bluetti makes better sense!
Overall, this is an excellent portable climate-control solution for vans, small RVs, compact bedrooms, camping setups, and other insulated small spaces. Lightweight, powerful, versatile, and backed by solid build quality, the Cybertake S2 Pro has exceeded my expectations.

You need it. Just get it.

On eco sleep it will run for 14 hours on a bluetti 300. Can bump it up to about 4 on the fan speed with no difference in pull. Otherwise on max it pulls quite a bit of juice. The app didn't work for me but will try again sometime. Not an in app store app so just FYI. Kept my home built insulated camper cool. The hoses are not quite 4 inchs and not quit 6 so good luck with buying hoses from a hardware store for extensions. Lots of modifications to make it work for me short notice so I think a lot of the heat it produces from the rear is why it never really got super cold in the camper. Haven't tried the other setting other than max and the eco modes. Don't know how well it would fair in the elements and honestly not looking to find out as having an ac camping is priceless. So used indoors with the vent air going out a window. I will eventually modify my camper to not have it in the same area as the living quarters. Home made in bed camper so making adjustments. If you read this far trust me just buy it. You wont regret it for however you install it.

    Great portable AC unit!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but after using the Cybertake SII on a truck camping trip, I felt it deserved one.

The first thing that impressed me was the size. A friend of mine has a similar portable AC from another brand, and while it works well, the Cybertake SII is noticeably smaller, lighter, and easier to transport. For me, portability is one of the biggest advantages. It fits my style of camping much better and is easy to move between different setups.

The build quality is excellent. It doesn’t feel like a prototype or a rushed product. It looks finished, well thought out, and like the designers spent time making it both functional and attractive.

Performance has exceeded my expectations. It blows genuinely cold air just like a window AC or home air conditioning system. What surprised me most was how quiet it is. On Eco mode, it sounds more like a small fan than an air conditioner. It’s much quieter than I expected.

I recently used it while solo truck camping in my SmartCap. It wasn’t especially hot outside, but one issue I’ve always dealt with when sleeping in an enclosed metal truck cap is moisture and condensation buildup overnight. I set the SII outside the truck and ran the supply and return ducts into the cap, keeping them separated on opposite sides of the tailgate just like an HVAC system in a house. I let it run on Eco mode throughout the night. It used very little power from my Renogy battery setup, kept the air circulating, and most importantly kept the interior dry and comfortable.

Another reason I purchased it is that I can also use it for tent camping with my wife. She doesn’t enjoy sleeping in the heat, and the SII gives us a portable solution that can go almost anywhere.

One thing potential buyers should know is that if you want to hardwire the unit directly into a vehicle electrical system, you will need the 12V-to-48V booster controller (sold separately). I have been using mine with a 120V inverter and will be integrating the booster controller into my vehicle setup.

I also want to recognize Cora from customer support. Communication was excellent, responses were quick, and she was very helpful throughout the process.

Overall, if you’re looking for a portable air conditioner for truck camping, overlanding, tent camping, or other off-grid adventures, the Cybertake SII has been a great purchase. The cooling performance is excellent, it’s surprisingly quiet, and the compact size and portability set it apart from anything else I’ve personally seen.

Great if it's running from the outside in. Not the other way around.

If you using this on the outside of a vehicle or tent then it does blow cold air and it does work. However, I wanted this to be an ac/heat unit for the inside of my SUV. This isn't going to work. First, unless I was docked to an endless power supply even on eco mode half my 2000 watt hour battery is half empty for less then 3 hours of runtime. It's doesn't cool my car efficiently because the exhaust pipe and the back of the unit is much too warm so I'd have to run it from the outside in. If I did that I'd have a better experience but I can't where I am. Then I couldn't get the unit to pair to my phone for the app. So the only way I'd be able to shut it off is out if it's sitting outside my vehicle. Ultimately I could get the remote but the power consumption is just too much. Also my bed is wet now because the unit has a lot of condensate under it and it's very damp after 3 hours of use. It did help with humidity but my mattress is now saturated in it at the front of the unit even with the drain hose.. I really wish this would have worked because there's not anything else to even try or replace it with. They did it right but maybe it just needs more technology advancement because it doesn't work for small SUV space the way I'm doing it. It's built well though and it definitely works outside a tent or car..just not inside. Very unfortunately :(

The thing rocks. Would purchase again.

I don't know what to 2 and 1 star reviews are talking about. This thing freaking rocks and does what it says it does. The instructions aren't terribly clear but I received excellent support from the company which is rare these days. They even sent me a video to clarify things. A+.

The reviewers calling out the hot AC adapter are absolutely correct. The thing is normally around 47C. The company assures me this is normal and said the adapter should be kept below 70C.

The thing blows cold when set to cold and hot when set to hot. Once it got 'confused' and was stuck in fan mode, but power cycling it fixed the issue. It's been running nonstop for about a month now and saving me a ton on my power bill since it's so efficient.

The optional remote is nice, but definitely more expensive than it needs to be. Still worth it in my opinion as I keep the thing outside. It uses standard aaa and no app required!

I also like that you're not paying extra for the companies proprietary battery tech like zerobreeze or ecoflow. Instead this is designed to work with more off the shelf solutions and it's chepaer!

I rarely give a review, but this thing deserves it.

    Good AC doesn’t pump uphill

This is a very good portable air conditioner if you can get it for a good price. The customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I asked them a few questions and they gave vague unspecific answers. The unit does have a condensate pump…. but from my experience it does not pump uphill or with a particular “head height”. I asked them how high it would pump uphill and only got a vague response of “not much”. If it does pump uphill, it’s no more than a few inches and just enough to help the water get out of of a weird configuration of the pipe. I wouldn’t get any ideas that you’re going to be able to put the condensate pipe higher than the unit because it says it had a pump. It does run on echo for about six or seven hours with a 1KWH battery.

    This thing rocks

    Great product!

Im using this on my over landing truck. It’s the best model for the application. Its energy consumption doesn’t totally tank my BLUETTI throughout the night. It will if I go to heat mode this fall. I also bought the remote for it too. Get this if you are using it in your tent. It will help regulate power consumption. I bought the storage case for it too. That’s nice and it keeps the unit protected, it’s just bulky for packing purposes.

    Overall, this thing rocks!

1st take and possible improvement w the purchase

Bought thus unit based of a YouTube and was very reluctant at first. We tried it on our last trip and it seems to work well. Love that we dont need to you the drip tube if the humidity was low. So far the AC & Heater performed well. Its a very promising unit and was impressed with its performed.

Couple of feedback would be; 1- suggest maybe having the bundle package (bag+remote) available on the selection. Currently it is not and have to get ir requests it from the vendor.

2- Wireless app or QR code not available or include on the box and have to reached out to vendor to get it.

These are couple of small improvements that would make the purchase and experience elevated, but can always work around it if needed.

Great cooling and heating option for off-grid use.

After reading some of the reviews, I was dubious on this item. I'm very happy to report that it has been a good purchase after my first outing. I set my expectations low but was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. You do have to set it up properly and give it about 5 to 10 minutes to reach stable cooling performance — that's just how compressor-based units work. The drain feature needs attention or it will not operate correctly.
We had a Gazelle overland EXP to cool. It came with access points to install the cooling ducts so setup was super easy. During the heat of the day it was unable to keep up with constant sun but did cool it by 10 to 15 degrees during those times. With 93 degrees and full sun, we could get the tent down to between 80 and 84 with lower humidity — depending on the direction of the sun. At night it worked perfectly. Super quiet at 40 dB and the control panel makes adjusting it easy. The unit is IPX4 water-resistant, so light rain is fine, but you'll want to keep it covered during heavy downpours.
I purchased this unit to cool my tent or stealth camping rig. Works great. You can let the water vent freely or contain it in a bucket for stealth camping in a parking lot. It has an Eco+ setting that pulls only around 125 watts, which is perfect when you want to use it with an inverter and not drain your batteries quickly.
Once you know the limitations of this cooling unit, it will serve you well.

WOW WOW WOW Customer service ROCKS! So does the unit!

This unit is the perfect set up for keeping our Sprinter cool in summer and warm during shoulder season! I highly recommend this unit for the craftsmanship and detail that went into this product. The Panasonic compressor and 4-row copper heat exchanger really set it apart from cheaper units.
We are super delighted about this purchase and the peace of mind this has given us when we travel. Very easy to set up each time we use it — literally under 30 seconds to get it running!
Thank you thank you thank you again Cybertake team — YOU ROCK!
WOW WOW WOW!!! What an amazing customer service experience I had with this company! They even helped me troubleshoot my Bluetti power station pairing and sent clear instructions.
Highly recommend this unit and them to you! Be blessed!

    Great little AC!

This little portable AC is awesome. Working so well, really cools down a room and it's quiet too — just 40 dB, quieter than my dishwasher. Plan to use it camping very soon with my Renogy battery setup. Highly recommend.

    Works exactly as advertised

Works, and pretty low power consumption. I have it cranked as cold as it will go on Eco+ mode and am only pulling around 125 watts. On full cooling mode it draws closer to the rated power, but I'm impressed with what little power the Eco+ mode uses. While plugged in but not running, the standby draw is minimal.
Don't set expectations too high. This is rated for 5100 BTU. That is only the cooling of the smallest of window air conditioners. It isn't a lot. But if a little is all you need, this could be the ticket. The default temp display is Celsius, but Fahrenheit is selectable by pressing and holding the temp up and fan speed buttons at the same time for three seconds. It will default back to Celsius when powered off. The control panel lighting can be dimmed for nighttime use.
I do find some pictures in ads a little deceptive. Camping, yes — if you have access to power (AC outlet, portable power station, or 12/24V vehicle power with the boost converter). It is not self-contained; it needs an external power source. The pictures of it running in an enclosed space — not going to work unless you vent it properly. While it will make cold air, it will make even more hot air. This leads to one of the good things about this unit: dual hose capability. You can use the dual hose setup to bring in outside air to dump the heat into and the second hose to send the heat away so you are not using any of your cooled air to reject the heat. The supply and return hoses can be installed on the cold side as well. This will let you place the AC outside of the space you are trying to cool (tent for example) and just bring in air and send it out cold.
The energy efficiency is what impresses me. If you plan to camp with it, think about power. Planning on using one of the power stations to run it, you need to do some math and find out how many watt-hours (not peak watts) you have available. On Eco+ mode, 1 kWh will run it for about 8 hours. A 1000 watt-hour battery will give you a full night of cooling.
Personally I like it for spot cooling. I can aim the vent on me while in the garage working on the car. It's a cool breeze. Will probably use it on the back patio in the summer when it is nice, but a little warmer than just a fan can make comfortable.

A Compact Camping AC That Cools Fast and Heats When You Need It

This portable camping AC feels like one of those things you buy for a specific trip and then end up using way more than you expected. When I first pulled it out of the box, the size actually surprised me in a good way. At 25.57 pounds, it's compact enough to carry with one hand, but it still has that solid, real-machine weight that makes it feel dependable. The dark finish gives it a rugged look that fits right in with camping gear, RV setups, or even a garage workspace.
Setting it up was simple. There wasn't any confusing assembly or extra steps. Plug it in, set the vents, and it's basically ready to go in under 30 seconds. The build quality feels high right away. The finish looks clean, the handle feels sturdy, and nothing rattles or feels cheap. For something designed to be moved around a lot, that sturdiness matters.
Once it started running, the cooling power really stood out. You can feel the temperature drop quickly, especially in a tent, van, or small room. It doesn't feel like a weak fan pretending to be an AC. It actually cools the space, and it does it fast. The noise level is low — just 40 dB — which is quieter than a dishwasher. In Eco+ mode, it's mostly just a soft fan sound, not the loud compressor noise you'd expect from something this strong.
Functionality is where it becomes genuinely useful. It has four modes, including cooling, heating, dehumidifying, and Eco+, plus a 12-hour timer. The heating mode is a game changer for shoulder season camping — 6100 BTU is more than enough to warm up a cold tent. The dehumidifier mode is great on muggy days. It fits into a lot of different situations, from camping and road trips to keeping pets comfortable at home or cooling a small room where a window unit won't work.
For the price, it feels like strong value. You get real cooling and heating power, easy setup, solid build quality with a Panasonic compressor and 4-row copper heat exchanger, and a unit that works indoors or outdoors without feeling limited. It's one of those things you buy for one purpose and then realize it solves a bunch of other problems too.

Tent air conditioner is a game changer during Georgia summers

This tent air conditioner is great. I'm very heat sensitive, and have different health issues. So my idea of fun is not going camping in our hot Georgia summers. This is a game changer as long as we go to the campgrounds that have power available, which is the only place I'll go. This tent air conditioner really helps, as long as you make sure the hot air is vented out properly and don't let it stay in the tent. It's quiet enough to not be distracting at just 40 dB, and since I have to have a fan going when I sleep, this helps in that case, too. I'm very happy to have had the opportunity to review this Cybertake S2 Pro.

    Saves on watts and $$$$

Found this unit works great. It doesn't have Bluetooth, but the control panel is responsive and easy to use. You can also get an optional remote if you want. When it first starts up on Eco+ mode it draws very low watts — around 125 watts — compared to others. My biggest recommendation is to have the unit outside the cooling area and run hoses into the cooling area. Recommend to anyone who's looking for saving on $$$ and power consumption. The 5100 BTU cooling is perfect for my setup.
